Below is my complaint against Home Pride

On 8th July evening I noticed sparking in the thermostate of my Whirlpool 170 Liter Refridgerator, I switched it of immidiately, on ninth morning Just dial provided me with the contact numbers of some authorised service providers for whirlpool, Home pride being the nearest service provider, I called them and informed about the sparking in thermostate of my Whirlpool 170 Liter Refridgerator, on the same day at arround 9pm 2 individual from home pride came to my home, after inspection they said thermostate is burnt, need to be replaced, they took the burnt thermostate alone with them to get new thermostate of same kind from whirlpool, they were suppose to come back on 9th afternoon, I took leave from office to ensure that there is someone at home to attend repairmen, but no one turned up, no one responded on mobile till evening, finally in the evening they responded on mobile to tell me that it will only be repaired on 10th Morning by 7am... on 10th morning at 9:30 he came to repair after lot of followup... He replaced the thermostate, but refused to provide any bill. on 10th evening when I returned from office and noticed, fridge was deprosted and item in frige were smelling, Ice were melted, I pulled the defrost button, it started functioning again, but one hour later it defrosted again... we tried to contact home pride, but no one responded, On 11th morning when he picked his mobile, he blamed me for mishandling the fridge, overloading it, after lot of arguement he assured to attend it in the evening, but no one attended it inspite of regular followup, on 12th evening they come to attend it in presence of my wife, I was not at home, he was very rude talking to my wife, which she revealed to me only once they left, meanwhile they did some tuning in wires and said its fine now, when I asked for bill again he refused and said it will inoccure 12.5 percent service tax, I told him service tax is 10.3 percent and I am ok to pay that, but he still did not gave bill... since then my fridge if getting auto deprosted, defrost button is not functioning
charged Rs 550 for spare and services without bill
Consequences?
Since thermostate is replaced, lot of food items has gone smelling, rotton...
Vegitable, fruits, sweets, milk & cooked food worth approx Rs 1500
Could not serve cold water to guest, could not get ice when needed. now we have started keeping our processed food in neighbours fridge
