I have purchased a 240 lts frostfree refrigerator model no-GL258VA5 (Invoice no-498 dt.19.10.10) from LG shoppe at puja mall, kharagpur. It worked without any trouble for 6 months then suddenly gone out of order. It was attended by your service engineer twice during the warantee period, some tripping device was reset by him & it was stated that nothing is unusual it is a simple problem. However the refrigerator become inoperative in last month. Problem was intimated to LG shoppe, but no action has yet been by them. Pls do the needful for early rectification.
