Repeated cooling problem in refrigerator section

I bought a LG refrigerator from Jalandhar with high hopes. I lodged a complaint with the customer service regarding the non-cooling of the ref. section. The very next day the service engineer came and he said its just that the duct was choked . as he advised we defrosted then it was still not ok. Even after that the problem persisted, and the reason given for the same was with ice. I hot summers its very annoying when all your food gets rotten. please replace the fridge
