After that I received SMS on 31.01.2011 at 02.59 A.M on my cell read as "Dear Customer, your compain RNA101217031806 is in process, reason No part in Stock. For any support, call on 18001809999, Send by LG:027595

AND

2 nd SMS on 31.01.2011 at 11.53 A.M on my cell read as "Dear Customer, your compain RNA110125074935 is in process, reason No part in Stock. For any support, call on 18001809999, Send by LG:027595.

Today i.e.08.02.2011 I contact on 1800-180-9999 the officer told me that your Complaint was CLOSED. No one contact me about the issue and today the phone officer told me that your compliant RNA101217031806 is CLOSED.

NOT SATISFIED...!!!
