Regarding Poor Installation & No after sales service

We have bought a new LG 1.5 Ton Split Airconditioner on 19 th April vide Invoice no 12/21044

from LG Distributer Jeevanjee Refregeration Eng. K-40, Lajpat nagar 2nd, New Delhi. The delivery was on time

but regarding the installation they have done in a lacal way. The persons who have come to install the A.C.

were from the lacal shop sent by Jeevanjee, they were not authorised by LG. They have left the pipes open

and loose, the outer unit and the main indoor unit is very noisy.

We have been calling the LG customer care from the last two days and we have registered our complaint

vide Ref no. RNA110502065660 Dt.02.05. but nothing has been done so far and we have not recd

any call from their end. Please do the needful.
