I purchased L.Gsplit A.C 1.5 tonne on 27-4 from vasanth and co. kumbakonam. After two months A.C failed It was rectified. After two months again the machine failed to cool. The service personnel took the indoor unit to the service centre and they told the fault rectified. Then also the cooling was less so I requested the company to replace AC unit with new one but there was no response. Again the remote failed they replaced the sensor. Now again the A.C failed to cool. I complained on 19-40. The service personnel attended and told that the coolling coil to be replaced. We feel sorry for the purchase of L.G AC and our hard earned money wasted. The L.G company doesnot care about my complaint and request.
