I have order LG split AC LSA3ERN3N and it was delivered on 21-08. On opening the box by LG technican it was discovered that wind flaps were missing. We have registered complaint regarding missing parts on the same day. The complaint number is RNA110913023441. Today, its more than 1 month I am following up with LG on customer care (1800 180 9999, 69532104 and 69532103). I have called to customer care more than 25 times. Customer case executive replies that parts are not delivered, parts are not avialable, no technician is available, your complaint is registered as high priority issue, problem is escalated etc. But I see absolutely no positive response or sign from them.
