I have brought a new LG Top loading washing machine on 17th July from e-Zone Indranagar, the delivery happened on 18th July but from that date I have been calling up the service center for scheduling demo and installation but looks like a very cold response. Though I get promise for getting it installed every day I call, nothing happens. I am not really sure why LG is not responsive for at least keeping their new customers happy.
