I had taken an amc for LG washing machine, logged a compliant on 22nd june, and engineer attended the same on 22nd and told us he need to replace belt, after that he vanished and no joker from LG is calling us and attending our call. everyday calling customer service center and asking for replacement and they are not able to provide update. if these guys are not able to support they not sell the product. and surprising thing no ass hole from bangalore service center prick up the phone also. real crazy and urge every one should not buy any LG product and should not get into service issue.
