I bought a washing machine on 20 ^th Mar at Electronic Bazaar, E zone

Nirmal Life Style, Mulund West.

They supplied and LG installer visited on 27 Mar and opened the pack. To his surprise, he found out that the machine what was delivered is dented and some parts are missing. He noted and took a photocopy of the order at my cost and promised that the machine will be replaced. Till date no reply or confirmation.

Numerous times I tried your help line numbers 3901 0909 and registered a complaint.

Till NO one responded and no confirmation of replacement and i requested them to refund the same
