I had taken LG Washing Machine in Nov. Now I have shifted house and I have been trying to contact LG Customer Care for the re-installation and change of few parts destroyed. It was shocking to see that LG has executive like Satyaprakash etc who have no sense of talking to Customers. Immense attitude and insulting behaviour. There is no help or support from LG. There is no compliance department where one can lodge in a complaint in LG.
Is this what LG is all about? Horrible after sales service!!!
