I bought a front loading LG DD machine in mid June. It has given me faults since last 2 months/. The first time i lodged a complaint a guy came checked it and said nothing wrong. Now it has stopped working completely. I have lodged a second complaint on 11th December. Despute their 24 hours reply policy "NO ONE" has bothered to call up so far despite reminders everyday. I cannot even call it poor service as there is " NO SERVICE" at all. the call centre guys give a cock and bull story and a sorry every time u call them. Itss hocking that an MNC works with no checks and controls in their system
