We have a LG Washing machine. After we shifted to the new house, we called LG helpline to send a support engineer to re-install the machine. We were told to speak to their support engineers at 39010909 or 33522700. We were told someone called Arun Hegde (9342123533) would attend to it same day. he finally came after 1 week that too after calling him over 50 times. He charged us about Rs 430 for installing the machine. Immediately after he left, the connection has started leaking. We have called him over 20 times. He promises to visit us same day but doesn't show up. We told his office to assign someone else but they say he is the only engineer for our area. Can you please make sure senior execs at LG hear about this complaint and attend to it?
