The repairmen at the workshop were fraudulent, they took my LG washing machine for repairing (given through the LG customer care) within a month, twice the service engineer had to visit as it was still not working. The 3rd visit made by the service engineer today informed us that the interior of the washing machine is pretty rusted.(Photograph attached for reference) We would have appreciated that this condition of the washing machine was told to us once at the time it was opened up at the workshop. Then we could have taken a decision of letting them to go ahead with the repair work. It could also be the case that they have changed the parts of my washing machine and sent it back, because they did not highlight the condition of the rusted parts. Anyways, we did not get it back from the workshop in working condition, even though it was sent there twice. First time we got it back with the drum broken, so they took it back there and then. Our washing machine was not repaired fully, and they were also given Rs 3600 (approx)
I am amazed at the callous attitude in the workshop and feel hopelessly harrased.
