We have purchased the LG washing Machine from Snehanjali, Kandivali (West) show room. We have called for sales person for Demo. When Sales executive has opened the seal pack box, heinformed that oulet pipe is missing, hence you cannot use the machine. We have forwarded the cmplaint both at showroom and LG customer care on 1st of November. But till date, no response received from them. Now they have stopped talking to us also.
