KEY PAD NOT WORKING

I purchased samsung j700 I, mobile on 16/10/09 and in Jan'10 it gets automatically Keys not working properly. I lodged the complaint at service centre NH - 5 IN NIT Faridabad but they are saying that they are not having its main part with them and whenever they get it from HO they will inform me but after repeated requests thy have not called me yet. Please guide me what to do. They treat me as a suttle coke from last one month. My contact number is 9310103664
