No service even after complain

We have one 1.5 T Split Airconditioner of LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. We had taken Annual Maintenance Contract from them on 16/03 by their document no. HLP No.: KF15883. We paid Rs.2206.00 for the AMC.

We made a complain on 3rd May'2011 to LG India that our air conditioner is not cooling even when it is set at 18 centigrade. The docket no. is RNA110503038093 dt 03/05. Their person came on 4th may and after checking said that gas is not their and that is why AC is not cooling. So they will come again put gas on it. After that seven days has passed and no one came from LG service center. We had called three times since 6th May'2011 to LG toll free number and we get the same answer that the work in under process.

LG has the worst service in Consumer durable.

I want that action is taken against them as my office do not have any window and we are working in hot weather without air conditioner.
