I was purchased LG window AC on 30/3 from LG showroom. On 31st March LG engineer were came for instellation and they have asked for extera money of instelling the machine, they take whole day in instellation during my office day. After few day of instellation I found that instellation was not done properly, then I have registered complain in LG customer care, two times neither they came for reinstellation nor they have provide any complain number. At last on my 3rd call they have provide me complain number (c1050726874) but still problem has not resolved and now they are asking for extera money for reinstellation.
