Sir,
My Faber 4 burner hob was damaged as the cooker fell on it and the toughened glass has cracked.
(complaint no. 1108172446)
I called your service centre 3 weeks ago and your service engineer arrived in a couple of days. He examined the damage and told me that he would get back to us with an estimate of the parts needed.
I have still not received the estimate. I am unable to cook due to the damage and this has caused tremendous inconvenience to the whole household. I have called almost everyday since then and every time I have been informed that the service centre would call me in the next 5 minutes but this has never happened. I wonder what your service centre means by 5 minutes!!!
Today when I called and asked for a senior persons intervention I was kept on hold for 10-15 minutes after which there was no response. I am absolutely disgusted by the attitude of your employees which certainly reflects on your company poorly.
Please let me know if you can help me failing which I shall buy a new hob and certainly not Faber.
