No cooling in refrigerato

Dear sir, I am very upset with the kind of service i am receiving from LG for my refrigerator. I had registered a complaint on 3rd may- Complaint no. RNA 110502002595, the engineer inspected the refrigerator and said that there was problem of gas and it needed to be refilled. He said that someone will come to do the needful. When no one came for 24hrs we registered a complaint again on the 4th of may, complaint no-RNA110503006508 another engineer visited and gave the same verdict. We told him to please get the gas refilled at the earliest. A third engineer came to fill the gas and after inspecting the fridge he said that there was no problem of gas, instead he said that the pipes connecting the two chambers of the fridge needed to be defrosted. Since we did not hear from LG we called up customer care and were told that since the problem had been resolved the complaint number had been cancelled and we would need to register yet again. So we registered a complaint again on the 6th of may - complaint no RNA110505040658. The engineer came and carried out the necessary work on the fridge and it started cooling. Today is 12th may and we are facing the same problem with the refrigerator all over again, there is not enough cooling. I have registered a complaint yet again, complaint no. RNA 110512009695. I would like to know why at such a short interval the same problem has cropped up again and how long will it take to resolve the problem this time.
