I Vishal Shanker kumar have purchased a luminous battery Model IE16000 Sr. No. 422738 on 08/05 with warranty of 18 months. The battery isin warranty period and not working from last one month and given to the dealer Kohli batterys on 13/07. The technicians has checked and said me that it will be replaced by company. It is 20 days passed but I have not got the new battery till date.
