Luminous battery IG 180 K, S/No 324288
Battery not working

I purchased a luminous LB sine wave UPS, 800 VA S/no B1CL5P019389-0808 and Luminous battery IG 180 K, S/No 324288 on 22 Jun from Purnima Electronics, Jodhpur. Since i am in Army i now stand posted to Danapur/ Patna (Bihar). The battery of my inverter has suddenly stopped working and despite being fully charged it is not taking load.
