I Clover Durham, had purchased a Nokia N78 on the 2nd of January and had paid an amount of Rs. 15, 437 for the same. (IMEI: 352057022702884)
The mobile functioned properly for the first 8 months. But later on the speakers started to give problem. I visited the nearest Nokia Care Centre i.e. Popular Care in Kalyan. They fixed the problem initially for free when my phone was in the warranty period, carrying forward the problem continued for more than n no.of times in a row!
I had to pay an amount of Rs. 1, 000 for every visit n get it repaired. I followed this for n no. of times and spent the sum out of my pocket been a student of std 11.
I lost all my contacts, data, & other useful information but still keeping aside the problem I continued on the phone. Now the audio also gives trouble and the phone hangs up. I handed it over to the same nokia care to repair it and they said they would give it within 3-4 days, but its been a month since i got my phone back. Inspite of calling them everytime I've been put on hold and have always been given 1 reason as quoted by them "we dont have the perticular part in stock" and now i have really lost my patience and it has pushed me to the edge of using a normal phone.
This is to bring into your consideration that either this is a big scam or you have provided me with a faulty handset… The executives are now arrogant in their approach and replies.
I apologize to say but I never expected this kind of behavior and inappropriate facility from Nokia. The trust and loyalty towards Nokia is endangered for me at least because of this.
I would like a replacement or full cash back in-lssue of the mobile handset. Kindly take this into consideration and take proper action for this. Waiting for your reply.
