Is Naaptol a fraud comapny, cheating millions of people. My order no. 443662, for the above product, to my utter horror, I have been cheated. The advertisement says, inbuilt speaker, but there are no inbuilt speakers, no manual along with product, it doesn`t even work. I have loged many complaints 143877 dated 8/6, 157301 dated 15/06, but there is no response from Naaptol people. I must have rang 25 - 30 times, but no effect. CAN SOMEBODY GUIDE ME AS TO HOW TO GO ABOUT. I FEEL REALY DEPRESSED BY THE FACT THAT I HAVE BEEN CHEATED. THE PRODCUT COST IS RS -. IT IS NOTHING, BUT CHEATING HURTS.
