Sub-complaint regarding faulty aakash tablet-Reporting
Ref- Invoice no BRIGHT/NZ/27081 dated :20/1/12
I had ordered an aakash tablet on 20th Jan from www.ncarry.com and made the complete payment by card (Invoice no BRIGHT/NZ/27081 dated 20/1). I received the product on 23th Jan delivered by Aramex courier. The product I received had a broken screen and on charging did not switch on. I reported the complaint to the aakash technical desk by 24th Jan morning by e-mail and in telephone no: 01832580177. They told that the product will be replaced within 8-10 days. I regret to inform that even after 14 days I have not received the replacement. I again contacted the technical desk by email and telephone many times. They told me that the product would reach me in another 2 days. The same situation continues, still my faulty aakash tablet has not been replaced. Kindly take necessary actions to get my tablet replaced immediately.
