Not repair since last 6 months

Sir/madam,

I am Ramesh Kushwaha, i had purchased micromax handset on March and deposited the same for repairing on May at service center (micro technology, Kalyan west) which is under warranty, as handset was not working.

Since last 3-4 months, i am asking for my mobile but service centre says yet it not repaired. Again again they are saying it will take 2 more days but no result.
