Respected Sir,
I have collected my Max mobile MX 317 from the concerned Office bearer after signing the delievery report as on today 17/1 at around 11.00 hrs, which was submitted as on 09/11.Unfortunately I didn"t take my battery, SIM & backcoveer with me.
Customer complaint was no Handsfree & Charging mode was in operation. When I returned home, I was shocked, that no complaint was attended & problem remained as it is.
My DOP of Mobile is 23/07 & is under warranty period. Above & all, had taken hospitalization treatment & I was discharged as on 16/11 from the hospital.
I am really felt ashamed of Max mobile with such poor service. After DOP, within '10' days, the piece required service & if also repeated got no service or poor servicefrom service agency.
Kindly make note of it & arrange me the fresh piece or serve in better way in warranty.
