Memory card not got

I have given my maxx 2GB memory card for replacement

and the provider said that he will give the memory card with in 20 days form the submit

but since 1 month passs away the provider is not responding as he should...

and going several time he just says that the card has not come and don't know when it will come...

i feel he is trying to get the card into his pocket...

plzzzz find a away out of this...
