I had purchased media phone which cost about 6000 with a bluetooth which cost 500 from homeshop18 in 2010 .its condition was good. camera sound every thing .i liked this phone.but after 3 months its charging pin get damaged .i call to homeshop 18 atleast to get the adress & no. of mediatech india distribution pvt ltd..but they didn't gave the no. & add, ... after 6 months i give my media phone to repair shop the charging pin repaired but after that the touchscreen is not working . i gave it to many shops but they are unable to repair .after so many investigation i got the address. i have sent it to bangalore mediatech india distribution pvt ltd. but not getting any reply . can i go to consumer court
