We purchased nokia x3-02 hanset on 9th april touch pad of the hand set was not working properly.it has been given to nearest nokiacare two times earlier the problem was fixed and second time problem encounterd with the scrolling, it has been given to nokia care on 14th jan they told it will cost rs 3500 to replace touch screen but it will not covered under warranty
