I had booked Onida TV from Meghdoot Electrovision in Ghatkopar West - and they promised me to delivered it to residence in the morning on the day of Diwali. Because i had promise to my child that we will get new TV on Diwali Day.
But stupid people in Meghdoot Electrovision (Ghatkopar) just don't care about feeling... my child eagerly waited entire day for new TV... he was crying and finally went to sleep in the night but they didn't delivered it. When i called them they keep saying that "aadmi nikal gaya hai... bas 30-45 mins main aa jaye ga..." BULLSHIT - they didn't turned up. After late afternoon all their number 022-2510 0808 / 022-2502 3964 were busy, no way to contact them.
Now my child has left with my wife to her village for Bhaubheej and they will come back on Sunday night. and from next day, Monday he will has to go school. Now there is no joy and happiness for new TV.
1. Meghdoot Electrovision if you cant delivered your order on time then why the hell you take so many?
2. I understand some hours of delay in delivery... but a delay by 48 hrs - Not acceptable.
2. Dont fool customer by saying "admi nikal gaya." kind of bullshit.
Atlast they delievered it after 2 days.
PS: Since i had made the complete payment... i waited so long, otherwise i would have cancelled it and would have ordered from some where else.
