Defective product

I placed an order on 22.12.2011 to purchase 'Jodi offfer' of mobiles (Viva Q6 and Viva11 mobile offer) by mGinger.com. I received my courier against it on date 28.12.2011 containing the mobiles.

I purchased an jodi offer mobile by online purchasing. One of them is totally defective, I returned it to the company, but still now they have not send me any mobile against the defective mobile. I called them many times and they kept me hold on over phone too much longer times. Finally they are not sending me any mobile. They say every time they will sent it but they never sent any mobile still now.

I returned the defective product on date 28.01.2012 by Blue Dart which AWB No. is 13450561762. It was received there by Mr. Vinay. Its courier charges Rs 300.00 I had to pay here in Agra, this charges was extra to me than the product charges which was in the order no. 142465 date 22.12.2011.
