Handset for service not return since 5 month

I bought a Micromax Q5 set from Meerut. Due to some problem i have given it to Authorize service center of Micromax on 29-10.

Till now i didn't get my phone back. I contacted to service center and the company as well.

Now they are telling that we have lost your phone and it's in process of approval for new phone.

From past one month they are giving these kind of false promises.

I am totally clueless what is going on.

Please help.
