I, Surojit Sasmal of Vill P.O. Jujersaha (Palashtala), Dist: Howrah, P.S. Panchla, PIN- 711301, have purchased a mobile handset of MICROMAX MOBILE with Bearing No. G.C.-360 Model, IEMI-1-910023400264330 and IEMI-2-910023400534336 from S.H. Mumtazuddin Times (P) Ltd, 171A/B, Lenin Sarani, Kolkata-700013, against Bill no. R9295 spending Rs. 3, 525/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Five only) on 29/10.
The main problem is I've just used the Handset freely for 1month only. Although having in guarantee period it started disturbing by being short circuited. So, I've shown it at the Authorized Customer Care of MICROMAX MOBILE, Durga Infotech, P-II, CIT Road, Kolkata-700014 with Job Card No. 837429 and Job Order No. 159, dated 29/11. That time they repaired it but charged Rs. 2, 000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only). It astonished me that within guarantee period how they can charged although it wasn't my fault.
Again within three months I've found that the battery is out of order and I've shown it to the aforesaid customare care but still now the problem isn't solved by them. So, for my own necessity I've bought a new battery. But the old case born again i.e. short-circuit. This time I'm fully fade up with it. I've again complained for it at the same customer care with job card no 4873 dated. 21.04.2011.I've verbally asked them to replace the handset but they ignored with my proposal.
Now, please say why should I've to suffer for it while I've already spent much? Please do the needfuls so that I can get a new and fit handset or get my money back with compensation.
