Dear Team,
MY micromax ear phone is not working and my handset is under warranty. Please tell me, servicing will be in chargeable base or free? if after servicing earphone, issue will not be rectify so can u replace that earphone?
Please suggest so that tomorrow i can go in satna (MP) branch office for servicing.
One more thing, From where we insert the SIM, that nib is unfortunately broken when we had purchased the Micromax Q55 Model. This is also under warranty. Please suggest what need to be done from our end? I think when we had purchased the handset, It was physically damage as i discussed about nib.
Please suggest. Your suggestion is valuable for me so that i can do the same as per your suggestion.
