With great regret, I would like to inform you that I have submitted my cell phone for repairing on 5th July but till date neither I have got back the repaired instrument nor I have received any call from service centre. Cell phone was purchased in Dec 10 and it is in warranty period. I am really shocked after getting this type of poor response from Brand like Micromax. Is this type of services you are provided to your customers? I feel that I have done a big mistake by purchasing the Micromax cellphone. Pls look into the matter and arrange to get the cellphone repaired immediately.
