Replacement of Handset againt DOA

Dear Sir,

I have make a complain to your customer care on 05/01 vide above complain no. regarding after submitting of DOA at Hotspot (Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi) with handset and box pack but after 15 days (approx), i can't receive my handset from hotspot they told me that we are unable to provide you handset. so please contact customer care.

But customer care told me that you will receive your handset but when i got my handset, now i am fade up from this thing my problem is not solved since 4 month.

So, please help me out from this problem.
