Mobile not repair from one & half week

I have submitted my micromax mobile at SHREE BALAJI TELECOM, B-30-A, Basement Dashmesh Chowk, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019, on dated 10th Nov. Company commited me to deliver my mobile on after 3 to 4 days but still my mobile is not repaired by the Service Centre.

The nature of complaint was "Handsfree mode active always"

I called today on 18th Nov but company replied the same like the part is not available.
