Micromax Mobile/ Q7 Handset
Not getting any response from Service Center/Custmer Care

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Micromax HandSet (MODEL: Q7) from CROMA-Saket on 20/11.My was all of sudden not working from 28/01. I handed my mobile to authorised service center at SHAHIIL ASSOSIATES, 836 MCSC SIOGH COLONY, GURGAON ROAD, KAPASHERA ON 28/01. From 28th Jan to till date, I am clueless about my mobile. Telephone Number of Service Center is responding. Infact service center is not working at above mentioned address. I registered Complain regading this on 21st Feb. My Complain No is 2502117811. No one ready to take any reponsibility. Thus I decided to choose this medium. Please help me.
