I had brought a Micromax Mobile Q3 in September from Social mobile Stores in Fort, Mumbai. The mobile costed me Rs. 3500. I was facing technical issues with the handset following which i gave the phone in Micromax Service Centre for scrutiny. The Service centre personnel has acknowledged the instrument as faulty and had issued a DOA for replacement. Now the production is stalled for Q3 and the company is issuing Q3 plus instead. But the shopkeeper has charged me extra for replacement. HE said that the company is charging it. however when i demanded for company's bill he straight away declined to show it. I feel that i had been cheated. I should not have been charged additional for replacement. Request you to please look into the matter.
