Negligience of service cente

I AM ABHISHEK HAVE PURCHASED QI HANDSET OF MICROMAX MOBILE COMPANY ON 17 AUGUST BUT AFTER SOME DAYS THE KEYPAD AND THE EARPHONE OF THE HANDSET HAVE SHOWN SOME DEFECTS, FOR WHICH I HAVE GONE TO ONE OF THE SERVICE CENTER HAVING ADDRESS: (A/3/93, BASEMENT JANAKPURI, NEW DELHI).

THE SERVICE CENTER OFFICIALS HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SPARE PARTS FOR MICROMAX MOBILE PHONES AS THE COMPANY IS NOT SENDING THEM SO WE CANNOT RECTIFY YOUR HANDSET PROBLEM.

ALMOST 4 MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND MY WARRANTY PERIOD IS ALSO GETTING OVER .

I HAVE MAILED MY COMPLAINT TO MICROMAX OFFICIAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ID BUT STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THAT SIDE.

SO KINDLY HELP ME OUT IN THIS REGARD AS I AM FACING LOTS OF DIFFICULTY WITH MY PHONE .
