I have purchased a Micromax X360 dual sim mobile. But after one month there is a big problem in the earphone mode in the phone, now I could not able to talk with out ear phone and the phone is always in headset mode (user profile is not also changed in this mode). I have contacted for this issue to the micromax service station but no response
