• Date of purchase: 27/1

• Date of Handing over for service center: 31/03

• Phone not returned still, repeated enquirers got reply mobile was not repaired.

• Registered a compliant at Micro max costumer call center on 29 /04, and got reply my compliant would be attended.

• After week when enquired about the case, at Micro max costumer Call Center got reply that case is closed and mobile is repaired and can be obtained from Service Center.

• On 9/5, when enquired to the Numaric Communication Services, Bangalore got the reply mobile was still not repaired and reply was convincing and satisfactory. I presume that service center is dodging.
