I would like to bring to your notice that recently I had bought a Micromax Q1 Mobile Handset which it boost of Dual SIM compatibility. However, it actually does not work and they are just making a fool of all the people. When I did complain to their Customer Service department via Email, they replied in the usual format " Sorry for the inconvience " and they did not even ask as to what the problem is with the Mobile handset.
For example: If you are talking on 1 SIM and if someone calls on the other SIM, he gets a message " Unavailable / Unreachable ". You do not even get an intimation regarding the people who is calling you.
I would say that they are just cheating people when their Dual SIM actually does not work. They are just making a fool of people and selling Handsets.
I would advise people not to go for MICROMAX as it is a waste of money rather try a different Handset.
I would advise everyone not to go for MICROMAX Mobile Handsets.
