Hearing problem

I am very much unhappy with the hearing speaker, Actually I had been to the Authorised service guy & replaced it under warrenty, But thier is no diffrence at all. So I need to tell the new buyrs that please dont buy MICROMAX mobiles as they never worry of after sales & no numbers of the mannual are working.
