Dear Sir,

I bought a Micromax Q-5 mobile (M-IMEI 910535600232007) on 05.08.10 evening from our Township. On 07.08.10 Mobile started making trouble, its trackball was not working and many other keys were also not functioning. I went to the shop keeper and returned the mob to get repaired/replaced. Wide Job Card No. 553142 dt 11.08.10 he handed over the mobile to customer care (New Mobile World, 117 CHOTI BAZARIA RAILWAY ROAD Near Old Railway Road Ghaziabad). but till now I have not received the repaired/ replaced mobile they are telling repaired mobile will be come after 10.09.10. So due to this I am facing a lot of problem.

I used mobile for 2 days only and it is with customer care since one month. If Mobile started making trouble within 2 days there will always be chance of making trouble after getting repaired So it should be replaced instead of repairing and should be given to customer within 7 days of complaint.

Kindly arrange to replace the mobile.
