Hardware service problem

Hi i am yogesh i purchased micromax mobile Q5 on 30/jun.

after one month my phone was started troubling like key pad not working and sometime scroll and when i get a call from outside the outsider cannt licen my voice so every month i have to go micromax service center and give the phone for service but iam geting fedup with these and no micromax call senter people is lifting the phone and putting on callwiting, so with in 6mnths i have given my moble for 5 time for repair, So i request you to please do the need full for me and please change my handset and give me a new one with good condition
