I HAVE PURCHASED MICROMAX Q7 HAND SET ON 27-9 FROM PRIYA ELECTRONICS GALLERY, F-6, BUTLER PLAZA, BAREILLY, WHICH WENT DEAD ON 24-4.I DEPOSITED IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER (UJJWAL TOOLS COMUNICATION S-4/B, RAMPUR GARDEN, BAREILLY, UTTAR PRADESH AND THE JOB ORDER NO-UTC468) ON 25-4.THEY SAID THAT HANDSET IS DEAD AND THE WHOLE MOTHERBOARD OF THE HANDSET HAS TO BE CHANGED FOR WHICH THEY HAVE TO SENT IT TO YOUR MICROMAX COMPANY AND THEY WILL RETURN IT IN 30 DAYS.WHEN I WENT THIER THEY TOLD ME THAT THE HANDSET IS NOT REPAIRED YET AND IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN 55 DAYS.MY HANDSET IS UNDER WARRANTY, EMI NO.-910058103556236, 910058103556244.I HAVE EVEN CALLED ON YOUR CONSUMER CARE NO.
