Ear Phone option on Screen

Hi, Can you please provide me with the setting of the phone because it happened like there is a ear phone sign on the screen and because of that I cannot speak on the phone without ear phone. Everytime I have to talk on speaker or using the ear phone..So please guide me to get rid of the ear phone sign on screen.
