I have a microtek inverter which is not working since november. After a series of complaint i have not yet received any service from your side. The service has been really bad. I have the inverter with a model no. MICROTEK 860 VA INVERTER which is purchased from BHAGAT ELECTRONICS from new farakka on 15-8.After registering complaint on novenber and december there was no response. Again i have registered complaint through your kolkata service centre but there is no response yet.
Please do look on to the above issue and do the need as soon as possible.
